Our Farm's

Practices, Procedures & Standards

* All residences on the property have a 1 year to date lease. Upon expiration of the lease, both parties (tenant/Landlord) will come to an agreement to extend lease for another year or not.

* We're a quiet farm, family farm, illegal drugs, excessive consumption of alcohol, loud music, rowdy behavior or large parties are not permitted on the property, any violation of these terms, will be considered a breach of the terms of this lease and our Practices, Procedures & Standards.
